Customer Service Representative
32–40 hours per week

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role and are the face of our company! Whether by phone, email, chat, or app, you assist our customers with product advice, purchase guidance, or service support. Everything you do has one goal: to provide the best customer experience.
Some questions you’ll handle independently, while others may require coordination with a technical colleague. By listening carefully, asking the right questions, and showing genuine interest, you become our top customer advisor! Thanks to your language skills and commercial insight, you and your team will optimize service and boost customer satisfaction. If you have leadership potential and can inspire others, a future role as team lead might be within reach!
Your main focus will be the Scandinavian market, but as part of a growing team, you’ll also support cross-border customers — helping clients in the Netherlands or Belgium with the same enthusiasm.
YOU GOT THIS
You speak near-native English and Dutch. Another European language is a plus.
You have at least an MBO-level diploma and preferably a few years of experience in a similar customer-facing role (B2C).
You’re organized and able to stay calm and maintain oversight.
You have a technical affinity.
You’re empathetic and communicate with flair.
You’re a true team player.

Salary range: €2,450 to €3,700 per month
